Sweatin' to the Oldies: A beginner yoga class with Faye

First, you must have the proper attire & gear. Leggings, sweat band, mirror, yoga mat. Two, give your self a pep talk. Say "I am beautiful, I will have a good work-out today."
Three, don't forget to stretch. Let's start with some sun-salutations.
Warrior three.
Happy baby pose.
Half lotus pose.
And let's end with a nice easy relaxing Corpse pose.
