Blows on her food- all her food, including sippy cups of water, dry cheerios, as well as food that may have actually been hot at one point. It's so cute and silly- Brad and I crack up everytime!
Waves to everyone- everyone including people in cars next to us that can't see her, people at the grocery store with their back to us, anyone walking down the street, as well as all the other friendly people that stop to talk to her. She is Miss Smiley Friendly.
Plays hide and seek and peekaboo- she will run and hide herself under multiple pillows or blankets and wait there until we get her. Or she will put her little hands over her eyes and then play peek a boo, and shout "yay!" when she uncovers them. She laughs at herself bc she knows she's funny.
She prays- she folds her little hands, bows her head and closes her eyes, says"BA BA" and then opens her hands up all big and shouts "ahhhh!" for amen. She has already begun to remind us to pray over dinner when we forget. She also likes to remind us when our prayers are too long and says her amen in the middle. Or she feels that our one prayer has not been enough for this food and prays multiple times during meals.
Tries to dress herself- She picks out shoes from her shoe bin and tries to put them on. All I have to do is hold out her sweaters and she knows to put in one arm, switch her toy or cup into the other hand and put her other arm in. I don't know why, but to me this alone makes her seem SO grown up!
Faye, you are awesome! We love you!
